![]() Multiphase full-wave rectifier
专利摘要:
A multiphase full-wave rectifier assembly comprises positive and negative plates and an electrically insulating body which are stacked together in spaced apart relationship. The positive and negative plates carry first and second sets of three power diodes respectively while the electrically insulating body has three recesses therein. A field diode is mounted in each recess and a respective electrical connector connects one terminal of each field diode with a respective terminal of one of the power diodes in each of the first and second sets. A common electrical connector mounted on the body serves to interconnect the other terminals of the field diodes and also has portions which engage against the bodies of the field diodes to hold the latter in their respective recesses. The common connector is secured to the electrically insulating body by means of rivets which are disposed adjacent the diode-engaging portion of the common connector. 公开号:SU890995A3 申请号:SU782623754 申请日:1978-05-30 公开日:1981-12-15 发明作者:Рэймонд Мур Алан 申请人:Лукас Индастриз Лимитед (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
(3) MULTI-PHASE, BIRTH-PERIOD RECTIFIED one The invention relates to semiconductor devices and, in particular, to rectifying devices based on semiconductor diodes. Rectifying devices are known, s containing two plates in which the first and second sets of diodes are located, and a board with additional diodes. The plates and the board are made of electrically conductive material and are electrically insulated from each other. During installation, the diode is placed in an appropriate recess, which is then filled with a soldering and sealing compound 1J.15 A disadvantage of the known device is the complexity of assembly and connection of various parts, which makes it difficult to automate the manufacturing process. The closest technical solution to the proposed is a multiphase full-wave rectifying device containing the first plate, in the recesses of which the first set of main diodes, paired 25, is located. Claims (2) [1] parallel to it and electrically isolated from it, a second plate with a second set of main diodes and holes into which the leads of the first set of main diodes are passed, connected to the leads of the corresponding diodes of the second set using electrical connectors to be connected to the corresponding phases, and a board, made of electrically insulating material with recesses, in which additional diodes are located and the shape of which corresponds to the form of buildings with bent outlets directed in the direction of Well, from the plates with the main diodes of these diodes, one of the terminals of each additional diode is connected to the corresponding phase connectors and the remaining terminals are connected to a common electrical bus having an arched shape and arranged longitudinally relative to the first and second plates, all connections are made in the same plane . In the known E8 device there is a cover, made of electrically insulating material, the protruding parts of which are located above the recesses made in the board. This cover holds the additional diodes in the recesses of the electrical insulating board 2J. However, the device has insufficient reliability, since one common element, namely, a cover, is used to hold additional diodes in the recesses of the board, which in some cases leads to diode vibration. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a multiphase full-wave rectifying device containing a first plate, in the recesses of which a first set of main diodes is located, parallel to it and electrically isolated from it a second plate with a second set of main diodes and leads to which the terminals are passed. the first set of main diodes connected to the terminals of the corresponding diodes of the second set using electrical connectors to be connected to the corresponding phases, and the board made of electric insulating material with depressions in which additional diodes are located and the shape of which corresponds to the form of buildings with bent leads directed away from the plates with the main diodes, these diodes, and one of the conclusions of each additional diode is connected to the corresponding phase connectors, and the remaining terminals are connected to a common electrical bus having an arcuate shape and located longitudinally relative to the first and second plates, we will take all the connections of the dinene in one plane, the total bus bar has an arc-shaped main portion are arranged ny longitudinally relative to the first and second plate and projecting side portions thereof overlapping the deepening laziness in that electrically insulating board to hold the diode in additional recesses board. The main section of the common electrical bus is connected to the side and intermediate sections, to which the corresponding pins of additional diodes are connected. Intermediate sections are located in the same plane of the distance from the electrically insulating plate. A common electrical bus is connected to the electrically insulating plate by fasteners located on both its sides and adjacent to the intermediate sections. FIG. Figure 1 shows a multi-phase, full-wave rectifier, in accordance with one embodiment of the invention, designed to be mounted on an alternator of a car, a plan view, in FIG. 2 is a cross section along the line A-A in fi. 1. The rectifier device contains a negative plate 1 carrying three diodes (not shown in the figure), a positive plate 2 carrying three other diodes 3 and an electrical insulation board C With additional diodes 5 being field diodes, three phase connectors 6 and a common electric bus 7- Plates 1 and 2, the board 4 is stacked one above the other, so that plates 1 and 2 are spaced apart from each other. The mounting bolts 8 and insulating sleeves 9 (see Fig. 2) serve to position the plates 1 and 2 at a distance from each other, and the bolts 8 serve to hold the phase connectors 6 in place. The phase connectors 6 electrically connect the corresponding terminals 10-12 of the diodes located on the negative plate 1, the diodes 3 on the positive plate 2 and the diodes 5. held by the board 4. The remaining diode terminals located on the negative plate 1 are electrically connected to it. The remaining leads of the diodes 3 are electrically connected to the positive plate 2, and the remaining leads 12 of the diodes 5 are electrically connected to a common electrical bus 7 A general electrical bus 7 has a main arcuate portion 13 and two side portions, in this embodiment example, a V-shaped portion 1 at one end and L-shaped section 15 - on the other. The side sections 1 and 15 are integral with the bus 7. Each short section of the V-shaped section I holds one of the diodes 5, respectively | in the corresponding recess 16 in the electrically insulating plate 4. Similarly, a shorter piece of the L-shaped section 15 of the common bus 7 holds the diode in the corresponding recess 16 of the board k. The recess 16 has such a shape (see FIG. 2) in order to keep the leads 12 of the diodes 5 in the required position. From the bending of the V-shaped section Il and the L-shaped section 15, is prevented by corresponding rivets 17 and 18, which serve to attach said sections I and 15 directly to the board i in the place where these sections 1 and 15 are connected to the rest of the common tire 7. The V-shaped section 1 is bent up behind the rivet 17 (see Fig. 2), and before it is bent down to connect with the corresponding diodes 5, the corresponding leads 12 pass through the holes 19 punched in the intermediate section which is separated from the board k, L-shaped section 15 is also curved . This bending of the Ti and 15 sections provides a connection with the corresponding pins 12 at the same level as the other joints formed between the other pins 12, 11 and 10 and the connector 6 "This allows soldering of all these joints with a solder wave. The implementation of the common busbar in the rectifier device permits the diodes 5 to be held securely in the recesses 16 due to the fact that each field diode 5 is held by an individual element, while in the known device it is held by a common cover. Performing a common busbar with side portions allows the diodes 5 to be held securely in the recesses before and during the soldering operation, due to which the diodes 5 reliably withstand unwanted vibration during operation of the device. These advantages increase the reliability of the device and increase the design flexibility by reducing the number of parts used in the device, and by arranging the busbar mainly parallel to the plates, and not perpendicular to them as in the known device. Reducing the number of parts used facilitates assembly and reduces the cost of devices. Claim 1.
